Shipping policy

Orders placed through Bienesol will use our warehouse in Düsseldorf for delivery, 5~ 10 working days delivery time, including processing time + shipping time.

Note

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• Delivery time may be affected by weather, holidays or natural disasters.
• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

If the Customer cancels the order more than 1 hour after placing the order, the Customer must bear any return shipping charges that may apply.

If the customer provides the wrong address and the package is lost or cannot be recovered, the customer is responsible for the loss. BIENESOL will not exchange orders or refund.
